Defeito na TV LCD LG 52LG70YD
Defeito na TV LCD LG 52LG70YD Tube. Duration : 1.70 Mins.
Minha TV de 52' deu defeito (desligava e ligava sozinha - em "loop", só seria desligada se tirada da tomada) no último dia da garantia (27/04). Foi retirada pra reparo na autorizada em 30/04 e devolvida em 17/05. Hoje, 20/05 ela apresenta o mesmo defeito. # Update # Após intervenção da Associação ProTeste, a LG informou que enviaria um aparelho novo até 06/08/2010. A assistência técnica agendou a entrega mas ao abrir a caixa lacrada o aparelho "novo" estava com a tela totalmente quebrada. Até o momento não tive sucesso em obter MEUS DIREITOS como consumidor. Até a próxima semana ingressarei na JUSTIÇA e pedirei DANOS MORAIS, além do ressarcimento em dinheiro com correção monetária, e comprarei uma TV de outra marca.
