In this video tutorial I will show you how to set up and install a Sceptre 32" LED TV and use it an affordable alternative to your computer monitor with the built-in VGA and audio out capabilites of this budget TV. My review of the TV is based its capabilities as a computer monitor, the quality of the product itself as well as the setbacks/constraints of this device. Below is my rating of this TV out of a possible 5 stars per category: Video quality 4 out of 5 stars Audio quality 2.5 out of 5 stars Features 4 out of 5 stars Ease of installation 3.5 out of 5 stars Overall 3.5 stars out of 5 Pros: Lightweight, compatibility as a computer monitor, simple installation, video quality, very easy to understanding menu Cons: Below average sound quality out of the box, raised edge on tv makes it near impossible to install cables vertically, incompatible with 3D video cards (which requires 120HZ or greater TV and this one is only 60HZ)
