Gavin Henson & David Seaman Catch a World Record for Spots v Stripes

Gavin Henson & David Seaman Catch a World Record for Spots v Stripes Tube. Duration : 2.47 Mins.

Gavin Henson & David Seaman entered the record books on Monday 6th December as they both successfully caught balls launched from over 100m above Wembley National Stadium. The record-breaking moment marked the launch of Cadbury Spots v Stripes' nationwide game of Catch. 100 GPS-tracked, spotty & stripey balls have been released across the country to give as many people as possible a chance to play. The ball that gets passed the most - as tracked live at www.spotsvstripes.com - wins the game, 5000 points for its team and £5000 for one lucky thrower. The sheer act of passing the ball will also trigger the donation of games kit to charity in time for Christmas through Cadbury's partnership with Groundwork. To supplement the real-life game Cadbury has created a unique Twitter version of #Catch. Singer-songwriter Pixie Lott threw the first #SpottyBall at her fans, whilst Radio 1 presenter Scott Mills rose to the challenge and threw the #StripeyBall out into the Twittersphere. Facebook fans can play 'Spot/Stripe The Ball', and guess which ball will be the most passed in real life, for a chance to win Panasonic TA1 video cameras or a 42" 3D TV: www.facebook.com or www.facebook.com
